CAN YOU TRUST HIM TO BE PLYMOUTH COUNTY SHERIFF?
The Poster Boy for Abuse of Authority,
Ethical Misconduct and Conflicts of Interest

Preface

The office of Sheriff of Plymouth County is an administrative position that requires knowledge, experience, diplomatic temperament, restraint and thoughtful discretion, all admirable attributes necessary to be a successful public servant. The ability to lead, and to be able to communicate, connect, and work effectively with people from across a wide variety of demographic backgrounds is also a necessity for such an important job.

Many citizens who have had the misfortune of interacting with Scott Vecchi as a Plymouth Police Officer describe him as having been threatening, nasty, arrogant and unprofessional. Having established a reputation for being ethically challenged, Vecchi has also repeatedly gotten himself involved in numerous conflicting legal interests. He has a history of profiteering from certain social problems that he claims to oppose, as well as a proven propensity to abuse his legal authority as a public official. Vecchi also claims to have passed on an administrative promotion at the Plymouth Police Department because he felt he had been relegated to mere desk duty. His admitted lack of administrative interest along with his lack of temperament, discretion, restraint and common courtesy in dealing with the public proves him to be unfit to hold the office of Sheriff.

It is the intent of this biographical research monograph on the professional life of Scott Vecchi, to expose the true facts about this self-promoting "Jack-of-all-trades" and perennial political dabbler who seeks only to feather his own nest at the expense of the taxpayers. This work is intended to assist the public in making an informed choice when casting their votes for Sheriff of Plymouth County on Tuesday, November 8th 2016.

BREAKING NEWS 10/24/2016

Researched and prepared on behalf of Voters Against Vecchi *

* On Friday, June 3, 2016 the Vecchi campaign launched its negative campaign against the Plymouth County Sheriff on the 95.9 WATD FM radio station in Marshfield. Since that time, Vecchi has continued his asinine, negative campaign by making personal attacks against dozens of the Sheriff's friends, supporters and Department employees. Voters Against Vecchi is not a Political Action Committee, but a grass-roots organization of Democrats, Republicans and Independent (un-enrolled) private citizens and voters from across Plymouth County. Together, we have hundreds of friends and family members across the county who take exception to Vecchi's lowbrow and pathetic excuse for a political campaign. We have suffered the slings and arrows of Vecchi's vicious and misguided campaign of lies and misinformation and attempts at character assassination over the past four months. We intend to set the record straight, and expose Vecchi for the nasty, corrupt and unethical bully and thug that he is. This biographical research monograph is based upon documented facts and first hand witness accounts, exposing the true character of Scott Vecchi. It is being provided to the public in order to enlighten and inform the voters of Plymouth County before they cast their voted for Sheriff on November 8th 2016.
